RACISM IS NOT TOLERATED

Chesterfield, MO-The Monarch Fire Protection District was recently informed an employee has allegedly posted inappropriate comments on a personal social media account. The Monarch Fire Protection District does not, under any circumstances condone or permit behavior of a prejudicial, biased, or hateful nature. This is illustrated and enforced in the District’s policies and daily practices.

The employee in question has been placed on Administrative Leave pending an investigation. We appreciate your patience as we address this issue as expeditiously and efficiently as possible. We will keep the public informed as ethically and morally appropriate.
