Proposition F Information     Read More       As First Responders have an increased probability of exposure to contagious disease while performing their duties, the Monarch Board is providing an area for the public to observe Board meetings that will protect the public from interaction with our personnel. A public observation area will be located in the Engine Bay during all Board meetings. This procedure will remain in effect until Covid-19 is no longer causing the United States to declare a National State of Emergency.
